My general experience with car sales isn't five star, but Max Adamczyk at BMW of Orland Park changed that perception. He was not all about selling a car no matter what... He was a great listener and knew his business, probably due to his successful engineering background. I highly recommend Max because I know it will be a great experience. 5+ Stars.
